A Bill for Will!

In honor of Shakespeare Festival St. Louis’ 10th Anniversary, we ask that you consider increasing your donation by 10 percent to celebrate 10 years.  It is a way to honor what we have created together in Shakespeare Glen, and to keep it going and growing for another ten years and beyond.

Our family of supporters has been generous throughout the life of the Festival, recognizing, as we do, that the good life includes easy access to excellent entertainment and literary genius. We have served more than half a million people these last nine years, providing the best for free, and we have been good stewards of the donated funds that sustain us, as our auditors can attest.

You may be surprised to learn that 92% of our annual income is donated. Without ticket sales, our earned income is limited to food and gift sales during the Festival, events such as this year’s 10th Anniversary Gala (information to be posted soon), and Education Tour and Shakespeare Summer Camp fees (which only partially cover the costs of the Education services that go with them).

We remain true to our mission: To produce professional Shakespeare theatre, outdoors in a city park, free and for a diverse audience, and to provide education through schools and community outreach.  Now, more than ever, we rely on your contributions to Keep Will Free.
