Parking Information - 2011
The Arts Community in St. Louis is growing by leaps and bounds and we want to congratulate our neighbor, the Saint Louis Art Museum, on its new wing which is scheduled to open in 2012. With this progress comes a temporary parking complication. Due to the construction, both the Art Museum and the Festival have lost the gravel parking lot located on the east side of the Museum.
To allay potential parking difficulties we urge all Festival guests to carpool with friends and family. Keep in mind that parking is available on the street, at the lower MUNY and Zoo parking lots and at the West Circle parking lot.
If you would like to save toting chairs, blankets and food, remember that we have food and drink available for sale as well as box dinners that can be pre-ordered on line: details are coming soon. We also have chair rental available for a small fee. Please visit the Plan Your Visit section on our website for more information.
We apologize for any inconvenience during SLAM's expansion construction and look forward to seeing you this spring in Shakespeare Glen!
