Audience Services Manager

Seasonal position:  Shakespeare Festival St. Louis seeks to fill the newly created position of Audience Services Manager.  The Manager will serve as the chief ambassador to Festival audiences by creating and maintaining a welcoming, comfortable, and safe theatre experience for all patrons, from arrival to departure.  The manager will report to the Executive Director and work closely with the Production Manager, Director of Development and Public Relations Manager to ensure consistency of messaging. 

The Audience Services Manager is a seasonal position.  Occasional planning meetings are expected January – April.  The manager will be full-time with Festival from May 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012.
